Welcome to the Journal of Asian Health
The idea for this journal began in January 2011 when statistics documented the rise of diabetes and heart disease worldwide. The highest increase was noted in Asia. The editorial board felt that this was an opportune time to reach out to our colleagues in Asia and start a medical dialog about health care issues.
